my broadband with tiscali is only downloading at 30k now after downloading 1 gb worth today! Thank god im moving from them to demon just waiting for demon to get the transfer sorted! Anyone else have really **** download speeds with tiscali?

Yup thats all you can get on the MAX, they are a joke, why they bothered putting ppl on MAX i dont know, they should have just stuck everyone on a 256k connection,as thats what yer getting/on, its the traffic shaping.

I left in May (i think, cant remember now) as they started the traffic shaping, i was on 1mb, and once the shaping started i was downloading at about 10k with a 0.5 to 0k upload, luckily was easy for me to get off as id been on them for over 5 years, was fine before they started the shaping, was getting my full download speeds all the time, then they ****** it up.
