Yeah, will be on the phone to them tomorrow. That's along with the fact that they've had "technical issues" with their web space which should be "resolved within the next 24 hours" for 2 months now, and I've wasted about £10 calling them to try to sort it out.
It's a shame because I've been with them since they were a small new company (5-6 years back) and their service was really good and personal. Along with the fact they recently halved the price of my contract.
Moving to O2 methinks, can anyone recommend a good phone provider, that has decent rates for making international calls? (Sweden)
