Ended up going FT03. Don't think I could live with M-ITX. Got some Gigabyte board and a Slimline Optical Drive.

What's the CPU clearance like on this? If it could git my Noctua NH-D14 it might be the ideal little SFF unit I can find

just need to find a board for my 2500k with unlocked multi and i'd be dead happy!
