TITAN QUEST GOLD....

...for £2.50?

GET IT NOW!

I've already got it so I shan't be getting it, but you totally should!

Titan Quest Gold includes the original Titan Quest, and the expansion Immortal Throne.

For those partaking in this awesome deal, install both, run TitanQuest original once, then Immortal Throne. Immortal Throne is the game you play.

You should also definitely download the fan patch, Patch 1.17 (I believe there's two versions, one for non-Steam and one for Steam installs).

I bought Torchlight not so long back and loved it, but I'm now quite bored with the mechanics of hack and slash RPGs. Is there anything in Titan Quest that will make me change my mind?

I know it's only cheap but I've found myself buying loads of cheapies from Steam recently, playing them once (if that) and then not bothering. I'd rather not continue chucking lots of small amounts of cash away.

I've not played Torchlight, but from what I've seen they're basically the same game. However the fun for me was when I played Titan Quest with a group of friends, it really lifts the gameplay where as single player can feel like a bit of a chore, just slugging away.

only drawback with steam version is the "hold drop button mod" which mean you dont need to keep a finger on the D key to see the drops doesnt work with the steam version...

your poor D button on your keyboards :)

im a massive TQ fan and have been since the day of release, check out TQ.net for massive help and tips :)

Being a lefty, I have the following hand-keyboard positioning...

Right hand on keyboard; thumb on Alt for Drops, 1st finger resting on R for health, then I set my castable spells to the numbers 4/5/6/7, so within easy reach of my middle finger. Little finger sits on M for the map.

:D
