Titan Vulcan Issue any help please?

just got a titan vulcan ....
NO OS ....
so i installed XP 32bit
Installed a few drivers/programs ..Chipset Drivers/GFX Card Drivers Flash/Adobe Reader/ Steam /AVG / Firefox .... then all of a sunnden the PC Just Resets ...so i let it load back up and then again 10 - 20 mins later it reboots again .....and then again ....so now it loads up it gets to the logon screen i pick my user and it goes to the desktop and it crashes no mouse or keyboard movment..... just total lockup
the tech guys have adivsed me to remove the overclock in the BIOS by loading defaults i will do this when i get home but does anyone have any other suggestions for me ......just want to get gaming lol ....
 
Maybe something has came loose in shipping? Check all your main components are seated properly and also that your cpu heatsink is secured? Then yeah try a bios reset also.
 
found the problem ...one of the wires had came out of the molex connector to the GFX card causing the system to crash .... so all good now :) whooohoo
