Titan Z drivers, will they benefit the rest of the range ?

Or an Intel I7 CPU (forgot 2700k is I7), need newer model, I doubled my Min FPS again with CPU upgrade (same as with Q9650 to 2700k).

SB was good IB meh but the gain then gain again to Haswell all add up even though 10-20% Max each time.

The GPU(s) are wasted on that CPU TBF.
