Titan Z drivers, will they benefit the rest of the range ?

Why they just didn't do a 790 card I will never know

You can't charge 3 grand for a gaming-only card. :)

The unlocked compute performance is useful to some people, who will pay the asking without blinking, the effort it takes to bung 2 of these giant cores on one card requires more of a return than they can make with a 790.

Guys, im so sick of my 290x pulling 500 watts from my PC and getting so hot that i can cook toast on the back of my PC!

So im gonna do a REAL INVESTMENT; And buy a Titan Z, i want quality parts for once! I trust nvidia, so they probably made something that doesnt THROTTLE and is loud at the same time like the 290x!!!

Cant wait to play the huge array of PhysX games, especially batman that i havent had fun with since i went to elementary school so i miss it a lot!

Why don't you just buy a 295X2 and see how many watts you can put through it.:cool:

@ Rangerjr1, Hmm I would wait and see (Z is not to good so far) and do you really need all that power and DP Compute at a premium?

Your single GPU would be compared to a single 780Ti (6GB in June).

5.3Ghz actually. :D

I get the same score in that bench at 1080P with my gpu's at stock as i do overclocked. All that happens is if you overclock the gpu usage goes down and the score remains the same. Now if that's not a cpu bottleneck...

Same also happens in Dirt Showdown at 1080P and Bioshock Infinite at 1080P while im at it.
