is this a troll? you can get items which do the exact same thing from those shops where everything is the same price :S

Deal of the century/universe etc etc is getting a little over used now, unless its some sort of in house joke?
Titanic deal of the universe would be selling something that would make almost everyone that checks the deal out want to buy it. This failed.

Epic fail. A thoroughly unrelated item to the core business of 'Overclockers' and at £5 dare I say probably a complete waste of time.

I was expecting a 120Gb Vertex 3 for £150 now that would be a titanic deal.

I call for banhammer!

This thread has upset me dearly. It's mini usb as well so AFAIK, is no use for most phones which are on micro usb now. It says USB output but that most certainly looks mini to me.

Actually seems quite a good device for people who spend a fair amount of time on the road:

- It's a USB powered 2xAAA battery charger (so plug it into a PC/laptop and charge the batteries).
- Batteries are removable and can be used in wireless mouse or any other AAA device.
- It comes with a MiniUSB cable - handy for older BlackBerrys or Windows Mobile Phones, not much use for modern phones.
- It also has a USB output so you can plug in your iPhone/microUSB/other cable and charge your phone from the device.

In the right situation, this would be a god-send. Very good price when you compare it to a power monkey or similar.

Or you could buy one of the new trent battery charger packs which are smaller than the phone it's self and depending on which one you get will see 4/5 or 8/10 full charges of a smart phone. Failing that get a car charger. All significantly more useful and actually charge your phone up properly. Further more the new trent stuff outputs like a wall plug so charges very quickly. My desire hd will charge from 10->80% in an hour from a wall plug.

Has anyone bought one? I'm curious as to whether this ACTUALLY works with the iPhone (3g in particular) I've bought numerous "usb phone charging" devices and none of them work with the iphone, Apple has one at a ridiculous price and I somehow feel at the price of £4.98 this won't work either.

Damn, this sure angered a few people haha.

It might not be titanic but it will make a nice 'extra' present for someone. Think I might grab one.

lol at people getting all riled up - bet if you offered it free they'd still find something to complain about.
