Titanic full scale demo - Unreal Engine 4

Not sure if you can download the "full" demo or not currently - it was taken down due to people ripping off the assets and using them to make money :( though there seems to be a link again now so not sure.

EDIT: Looks like it is the full scale demo to download.

Yeah it's the full demo, the video is my recording from today.

That looks stunning I may have to take a look! Without sounding disrespectful, that would be an awesome setting for an eerie horror game or walking sim

Is this demo not optimised? Turning down AA didn't change FPS, lowering graphical settings doesn't increase FPS. I think I remember an earlier demo of this but at the time all we had to walk around was corridors. I had to quit after 10 minutes though as it was giving me headache :(.

I tried the vr version but it only support the vive so all I could do was sit and look round the office.

Lowering settings worked for me.

I was getting 45fps on 1080ti at 4k maxed, lowered settings to high and it ran perfect at 60fps.

Wow, that looks stunning. Runs flawlessly in 3440x1440 on my 1070, I can't think of any other game/interactive thing with lighting and detail as good as this.

Looks pretty. I know this is just a demo showing off the ship... but what is the actual finished game going to be ? What kind of gameplay/genre ?
On the website there is a description of what they are aiming for

Sounds like a mystery sort of game aboard the ship and once it starts to sink you have that exact time (2hrs 40mins) to either focus on solving the case or getting off the ship alive.

Sounds ambitious, interested to see how it pans out

I like they're considering multiplayer I imagine it would be quite fun in a co-op setting with the choice to help each other try to survive the sinking or each person for their self, will definitely keep an eye on this game

Here are a few screenshots at 1080p max (with a mix of max AA and medium AA - it turns out my 390x can run it with max AA with no issues which was a nice surprise)

At the moment it is a walking simulator - very slow walk speed which is quite annoying and for some reason there is a maze to do before you get onto the ship - not sure why the developers thought it would be a good idea to make you slowly trudge around a dock before you get on board. If it was an attempt at 'build up' before the main event then it's quite a frustrating one!

I was hoping to use Reshade with this, just to tweak a few things. But it doesn't seem to want to work. Still looks nice, although my 980ti is showing its age with everything cranked up to ultra/epic.
