So when I put in my telephone number into that site I get this..

BT Wholesale ADSL
BT Wholesale ADSL Max
Edge LLU

Does that indicate my exchange is LLU?

It means Edge have installed their kit but Sky haven't, so you won't get Sky's LLU. If you signed up with Sky you'd get Connect.
