To do list software

Hey

I am after some kind of to do list software that sits on the desktop, which means i wouldn't have to load outlook to check stuff.

Any one know of anything that would do this and use very little resources.

Yeah funny enough, i thought no one was replying so i had another look around google and found that myself.

I just hate downloading random stuff from the net, in case it contains spy ware etc.
