to get new bike or not to get a new bike..

Hey all,

at the moment got a 2012 ribble sportive racing on 105s.
got myself a new ultegra chainset ( in the post)

feel the need of the frame upgrade and have caad12 in the basket

i cycle fair miles but nothing special - i bet many of you cycle more in a year than I do in few lol
going huez next year, and am thinking about the upgrade for that...

but have my doubts do I really need a new frame...
urge is strong...

If it makes you want to ride the bike and give you a good project to do I would go for it. My wife now has a one bike in one bike out policy for me

I disagree with the above. It's your money and you should spend it how you want. Will it make you faster? No. Will you want to ride more? Probably. At the end of the day, get the bike that makes you want to get out there and put the miles in every time you look at it.

instead of a new bike, may be pour it into a new set of wheels? you can get some top level wheels for the price of a mid range bike
