To Raid or not to Raid

Im about to format and re install windows, as it needs doing and i want a fresh windows install for my 4400 x2

Currently im running 2 x 120gb s-ata seagate drives in raid 0. Now im wondering, shall i keep the raid array, or ditch it and run windows off one drive and my games off the other.

well im not worried about loosing stuff, i seem to reformat every few months anyway.
