To sleep or not to sleep?

I have to get up at ~3am on Sunday morning to go the airport for a 3-4 hour flight. Should I go to sleep at a normal time (~11pm) and get a few hours sleep or just stay up all night killing zombies? Those zombies aren't gonna kill themselves.
 
get sleep will help then you can sleep on flight so will seem like a normal night sleep!

and from experience sleep is really needed to enjoy yourself when you get off the plane! I would rather sleep before i go somewhere i havent been.
 
yea as above, do some exercise like going on a bike ride, running or if you like furious masturbation, wear yourself out and go to bed at 8pm, sorted.
 
Kill zombies till 3, then grab coffee which will take you through to daylight. Open curtains. More coffee/tea and drive to Mcdonalds at 6 for a muffin/breakfast whatever. Now it's daytime and you've eaten and you can fool yourself you're ok. Pack/get your stuff ready and make it to 5pm then hit the sack

This makes me feel ill :(

OP I would go to bed early if i had the choice, you'll feel better for it.
