To switch or not to switch ISP

Hi, I'm after some advice from people who have switched ISPs.
I've been with plusnet for 10+ years and had a good experience, currently FTTC on the unlimited fibre extra getting 73/18 ping 11ms....low ping is essential in my gaming household

My contract is up and essentially I can move to the same product with BT for the same monthly payments but benefit with £120 cashback and a £80 reward card. Is it more than likely I would get the same speed and ping with BT? or would I be taking a gamble?

Mmm. I had read that somewhere regards BT. I often have a household with 2-3 devices streaming content, yet still low ping and no lag on xbox/PC.

Useful info thanks, maybe not worth the risk at this moment in time as it would be a 2year contract with BT

Thanks all, really appreciate your comments. Whilst the cashback would have been nice, I'm gonna stay with PN for a further 18months.
