To tell or not to tell.

In short, there is a very scummy sneaky attendant at a local garage. I am 95% sure he is stealing money from there by not ringing through scratch cards and taking the money, I have noticed this twice before.

Now, I am wondering should I get intoch with the owners of the garage, pretty sure its a family owned business, and tell them to pay closer attention to their scratch card counts.

Would this mean you wouldn't get paid if you won?
If not the garage owners probably pay him less than minimum wage and would know he has little perks.

Is it for consideration that he is selling his own scratch cards and NOT the garages?

I suppose he could buy a batch at discount sell them to customers for cash and as such the garage wouldn't be down at the till?

If he is selling his own counterfeit ones - say money scratch cards - I should think that none of them would be winners. As long as he sells some of the firm's bona fide ones from time to time, it might be difficult for the garage to identify the losses.
