Toca Race Driver 3 query

Yer, rumours are october release and codies using a slightly improved Ego engine (the one that Grid used)

Am def looking forward to it, maybe some decent 20 player multilplayer with fastest guys taking slowest cars, would be a laugh :p
 
i got race driver 3 on steam last week for £5.99 not bad at all.

Codemasters have Fuel then Dirt 2 coming out before the f1 game, they both use the new graphics engine, should be good times ahead.
 
Just starting playing this, seems pretty decent as it strikes a balance between sim and arcade racer. Graphically it looks decent and runs at a very respectable 80-240fps maxed out. Although he's annoying on the odd occasion, I really like the guy who is managing you during your career, with the little FMV sequences etc. Certainly a lot better than the wooden/contrived stuff you get in the NFS series.

I especially like the good range of different vehicle types, it's quite rare that you see so many in a single racing game.
 
Its was a very good game and still is. Really like the open wheel types. Mught sound boring but i liked the long indy with pits and fuel strategy
