Tocco Lite touch screen stopped responding

All the 'hard' buttons work around the phone, the display is fine and shows new text messages etc but i can't actually press anything. The touch screen element seems to have died, i slept on my phone last night which probably did it.

Ship it off to Samsung or go to o2 where i bought it from?
 
Not much help but I know someone who had a tocco lite with the same problem. The screen just died and stoppped responding one day. I believe you will have to send it back to Samsung.
 
Ahh theres a carphone warehouse in town thats 'certified for samsung repair' gna take it there :)
 
Got it done by carphone warehouse for free, took about an hour, just went shopping for a bit.
