After annoying the hell out Stulid, cleeeeccccccccccccccoooooooooo :p and others. Today is the day I place my order.

I have decided it is an ATI card, as in the future I could upgrade my PSU and CF. Which for epeen sounds great :D

So the choices are these...

ONE

1. Looks to have the highest clocks, but looks ugly.

TWO

2. Love the looks and it has a second bios switch/profile. So I could dabble :D This card is my fav :)

THREE

3. Fell in love with the way it looks, but probably not best bang for buck.

I currently have

2500k stock speeds and cooler.
4GB corsair ram
600W ocz mod extreme PSU.

I will play to play BF3 and maybe mw3.

I will be playing some older games, like command & conquer.

MY MAIN game at the moment is WORLD OF TANKS @ 1920x1080 res.

I shall be playing the above game for at least 6months solidly.

So for the sake of losing friendships with Stulid and cleeeeeeecoooooooooo

PLEASE help me make a decision today.

Damo xx

Buy the second.

I like the appearance of the first, the only problem with it is the colour for me, that gives it a clinical look, as if when I touched it some anti-bacterial soap might come out. Mind you, we know the picture doesn't necessarily reflect a totally accurate representation, and the colour might look a lot better up close. Either way, I'd still go for the second.

I'd go for choice One, better cooler and higher clocks. I don't think it looks ugly, but who cares anyway, you won't see it once it's installed in your case.

Crossfire will utterly suck if you don't overclock the sandy.. so do it now and save yourself the hassle later on :-p

Honestly.. it isn't going to be hard given the guides for it on here :-) I'm sure you can get a lot of help with it as well :-)

What worries is me is all i did was put in x40 and i got like 4ghz

But then this number when to 103? and someone said that will kill chips.

edit - bck or something?

Yeah, with sandies, the dickheads at intel took all the fun out of overclocking and made it really easy. All you do is increase the multiplier, which you did, to 40 and you get 4ghz.

There's no need to touch the bck.

And you can only kill your chip if you change the voltage.

Trust me, it will be fine!
