Very temping but the horror stories with these and customer care is putting me off.

In fairness only the 27" really have issues and they show up instantly, so the 12 month will cover any issue there.

The 30" have being flawless with no worse reliability than the 30" Dell's we sell. :)

That's not really filing me with confidence considering Dell have dropped their standards quite considerably recently.
I've went through 4 of their 27" screens recently and each one had to be sent back, 2 of them were worse than the original faulty one and a quick search online reveals many people have had issues similar.

If the 30" is different I may take a punt on that though. It's not possible to have worse luck than with the Dell monitors I've had.

Well on 30" models the failure rate is less than 1%, they are exceptionally reliable from both DELL and Hazro.

27/29" do have higher RMA rates for all kinds of reasons from all brands, DOA, Backlight bleed excessive, dead pixels etc.

I guess 30" panels are much better grade and are on a higher quality production line with better QC in general.

You have to remember the 30" panels are £1000 screens, our price is just pretty crazy as were clearing stocks as we believe 30" will be none existent in coming months due to 4k taking over.

So very tempted to get the 27", though I will have to buy a better gfx card to do it justice haha!

If I wasn't moving house I would snag that 27" right up. Any one have experience with Hazro? Going up from a 1080p>1440p should be quite nice.

I'm tempted to upgrade from my 23" 120hz Samsung to the 27" but reading a lot of bad posts on them is putting me off - not sure how I'd handle the jump from 120z back down to 60 either...
