**TODAY ONLY! 18/10/2013** HIS HD 7990 & Creative FATAL1TY!

AHHH!!!! this is doing my ****in head in!!

bought a 7970 from ****, it was DOA, got replaced.. DOA..
so asked for money back.. and still waiting..

whilst waiting,, you have had 2 days with £450 7990!!!

AHHH!!!! if only i had the refund already !
 
It would probably just be DOA again or at best have serious coil whine. I don't think you're fated to have a 7990

Have to agree with this. The ear pads are too small so they sit on your ears instead of around them making them very uncomfortable for anything more than a few minutes. IMO pay extra for a set with bigger ear pads. I think mine broke after a while but I can't remember how or what happened.
 
I wonder what's with the rush of clearing old stock at unbelievable prices for the 79xx range...may be something to do with OcUK knowing what the price of the 290x's gonna be and we don't? :p

I myself fought off the temptation of the 7950, 7970 Matrix many times...hope I will be rewarded handsomely with good bang for bucks on the 290 range...:D

As did I...just. Although not being at home during the Matrix offer helped a lot. Seeing that would have probably broken me :rolleyes:
