Interesting that so many people think that dates recur every 1000 years. Indeed I've seen articles in a number of places, including newspapers, mensa publications etc, commenting that today's occurrence won't happen again for a thousand years. In fact, all dates repeat every 100 years, and so we'll get exactly the same thing in 2109.
