Tokyo Olympics 2020

Bianca Walkden brings home a third Taekwondo GB medal after a cagey bronze medal fight, thanks to a fairly large number of scoring punches compared to a typical fight.

Yep, just watched that, pleased for her.

I've got the real volleyball on in the background and it's ridiculous. High fives, handshakes and huddles after every single point. There was a shot of the umpire/referee and he actually rolled his eyes just now while they were doing it.

Hah, exactly. It's completely ridiculous. Seems to be a habit in Tennis too, although not as bad, just the high fives without the hugs. Oh, and the regular fistpumps as well.

Wow, the favourite Bromell only 4th in the second heat

Edit: Absolutely love DAS, just gave an interview saying she tore her hamstring at Gateshead a few months ago and had expected to pull out of the Olympics. She must be gutted yet had a smile on her face for most of the interview until a question about her ability to compete in the 200m set her off :(

Yep. Really lovely girl. Smiling bravely then crying, felt so sorry for her. But that's it unfortunately, no 100 or 200m final, she's gone for this Olympics.

No medals for our 16 year old gymnasts, Jessica and Jennifer Gadirova in the women's individual floor routines, but talk about seeing double! :D
