Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Revealed

Just seen this game averages only 9.2k players per day on steam . Wonder how many only use uplay like me.

I think many have and play it via Uplay since 1) You can find a cheaper key for it and 2) it was coming free with the nvidia cards. They'll probably pick up quite a few more folks after this weekend with their "free weekend" promotion.

I don't think the existing community for the game community will go anywhere. For a lot of people it has been "the game" they've been waiting for since Swat 4/previous R6 games, myself included.

There can't be many people willing to pay almost twice the amount just to have it in steam.

These people are most likely not paying to have it on Steam but rather they don't know of or trust key sites like G2A and Cdkeys. I know about 20 guys that own the game and only 2 bought it via Steam.

Where do you customize your weapons? I'm not a fan of the iron sights I prefer holo sights as they seem to get in the way less.

The fov on 90 seems weird to me at 1080p, more fish eye than I've seen in other games... anyone else seeing that?

So far the game seems "okay". I would prefer being able to use the gadgets with any force rather than it being tied to specific members. Not sure if I'd buy the game yet.

^^ when your at the main menu click on operators click on which one you wish to change the load out for and you can pick which gun you want to use and change attachments.

Yup, this 100%

I paid £23 for a uplay key, would have preferred it on steam but hey ho, not gonna pay double for the privelidge.

Also, the people who I'd thought would love it actually seem to hate it! Personally I love it and played swat 3 and 4 to death, although not multiplayer. Seems a very marmite game but I'm glad I got it.

It is surprisingly so. People in my America's Army Proving Grounds circle dropped £30 for Battlefront in a heartbeat even though the game is shallow enough to satisfy a 6 year old. Got a bunch of guys to try it over the weekend it seemed a little too hard for them to handle.

For me R6S is absolutely refreshing and a well needed title in the tactical realm of gaming. The destructible environment adds another layer of tactical planning and suspense which doesn't really exist in other titles. I think one of the best things in R6S is that you cannot bunnyhop!

Where is cheapest place to buy this? Thanks

Probably the OCUK 1000+ post member's marketplace for someone's unwanted Ubisoft voucher? They run around £20 on eBay. Otherwise you'll be looking at £30+ on practically all greymarket key websites like Kinguin and G2A. The prices have not gone down.

Typical lol, will have to keep an eye out on here.

EDIT: Got one on ebay for £22 BIN.
