If you're in the market for a new card, the fact that comes with 3 free games and another with just 1 will certainly tip the balance in it's favour.

I think of it a bit like consoles. When you buy a new console you nearly always get a game or 2 chucked in, so why not with graphics cards, which cost about the same or a lot more.
