Tomb raider high cpu usage

What sort of cpu usage are people getting inn tomb raider? I'm getting 100% nearly which im told i shouldn't be.

If you have TressFX on the GPU will get very high useage.

That's on lowest settings with Vsynch turned off, single 670@1202/1505

Thanks matt, Yea a 2500k at 4.5ghz. I get 120fps and 99% gpu load most of the time @1080p with max settings apart from using fxaa and tressfx disabled. The problem iss i get massive fps fdrops to between 20-60 everynow and then.

Have you checked task manager while playing to make sure another process is not hogging cpu cycles like a virus or something?

Just checked and nothing else is running its all tomb raider, ill try it with frame pacing off see if that makes a difference to cpu usage.
Edit: frame pacing makes no difference.
