Yeah, I am not sure about this one either. I have doubts they can pull the Tomb Raider series back from mediorcaty (or just general direness).

I hope it will be as good as the screenshot make it potentially look, but I think I may rent this one first.

so far all previews/reviews from all different sites have said it is what Tomb Raider 3 should have been and back to the roots...of raiding tombs and puzzles, with a brief visit to Tokyo (think its Tokyo..)

Agreed! The first 2 had LOADS of atmosphere, the last lot were just monotonous rubbish.

Its actually a lot more like TR 3 .. ie with the bits in the town and some bits in the temples and some bits on the motorbike etc. Just with nice graphics. From the version i played last month it was good.. But far to easy and short.

If thats dosnt bother you get it, as its a good game.

The Original was the best, but then all the sequels strayed away from what made the original so great. That's why i'm looking forward to this one, it's going back to the originality.

Well if you like the original, get the 10th aniversary edition! Its the original remade with all the nobs whistles and more! and some exclusive stuff that never got put in all those years ago

Kind of like Res Evil on the GC was.. only for PSP.

Competitor im afraid. Just look the usual places. I've just checked and the 360 version is now 39.99 where i ordered, i just got lucky with the preorder.
