Tomb Raider

My copy for the PS3 arrived today and must say I'm really impressed with it. Both graphics and game are spot on and it feels fresh to which is always good.

Im so behind with my games its kinda pointless as I was buying games at launch but then not touching them for months. Decided last year to not buy a single one as normally FIFA eats up any time I have to game, thankfully the latest one is so crap Im going through my back catalogue - got a year I guess! Still in middle of Enslaved!

Although i don't actually care about game scores, adding ones to mp is stupid.

Glad people are saying this is good at least, need to get it at some point :D
 
I've been playing this a fair bit today and it's one of the best games I've played recently. The new younger Lara is a brilliant move, the combat is a lot better than previous TR's and the story is good. The graphics on the PS3 version are also excellent, maybe not quite Uncharted 3 level but certainly not far off.
 
Anyone know if you can start again with your levelled character?

I know there are bits I can now access but don't want to quick travel about looking for this places? I'd rather do it again, it's well worth another play through.
 
Went and traded a bunch of games in this morning and grabbed my copy, enjoying this so far :)
 
Got the survival edition and collector edition guide. It looks awesome, I love the tin.

Will hopefully get stuck into this tonight!

Is it all out action Gears of War style? Or a bit more like the original, far superior CORE Design Tomb Raiders, with a bit more exploring? All vids I;ve seen are Lara gun-toting, headshotting every five seconds!
 
Was trying to hold off buying this but couldn't resist! Can't wait to try it after the united game. About time they made a decent TR game.
