Tomorrow - Make or break time for me

Hey

So i have my FINAL interview for entrance to the RAF as a Communications and information systems operator/maintainer (CIS OM).

All I know about the interview is that its a formal interview with an officer :eek:

. I'm abit freaked out by it because i just don't want to choke and say something stupid!

It will be tomorrow when i get the yay or nay to start, i have already been given a join date of 7th march but this is subject to how the interview goes.

For those interested on what the application process is, this is what I did (its different for certain trades and officers):
Apply
Aptitude test
Filter interview
--Invited to take a trip to RAF leeming
Fitness test
Final interview (tomorrow)

Wish me luck guys, I know there are a few RAF guys on here (and an officer :cool:

)

yeah, good luck.

am sure it will go smoothly, i doubt this interview is there to trip you up. probably just an officer wanting to meet you and see if you will fit / work with a team.

I didn't pass the RAF medical due to colour blindness. :mad:

My Cousin is serving RAF and he bloody loves it, say's it's the greatest job you can do.

i NEARLY failed my medical because of my weight, im really light and been tall doesnt help! im like a string been lol

Have sex before you go - help to stop you being nervous. If still nervous, take my picture (the one doing the round on the forum) and keep it close by for more goodluck.

Well, considering you've gotten to the final interview I'm sure you'll do fine. Just remember to shake the guys hand and not kiss him on the cheek.

I said have sex NOT have a ****. Sex help to release feel good factors (hormone) into the blood stream. It has been shown to help reduce nervousness and help with concentration in tense situation.
