Just wondered if anyone knows if the HD Traffic is available in he UK. I have look on the TomTom site but with no luck

I have the TomTom app and there are three in-app purchase options for traffic:

* TomTom HD Traffic 1 Day - £1.19
* TomTom HD Traffic 1 Month - £4.99
* TomTom HD Traffic 12 Months - £22.99

I haven't purchased any of them though myself.

I carnt say my self but my friend loves copilot.

I am sorry to say i carnt see the point of the satnav iphone apps when there this much money + the cost of a nice stand.

I have a 2nd hand tomtom which always gets me where i need to go and as i keep it updated works very well, cost £25 and sits in the boot until a trip when i need it.

The reason I prefer my iPhone as my sat nav is simply because it's one less bit of stealable electronics I have to carry round with me. You're always going to take your phone out of the car but how many sat navs get stolen from cars a year be they still attached to the screen or in the glovebox/boot?

I have tryed both the copilot and tom tom, prefer the tom tom seemed to run smoother and more in sync with my driving!

I have both tomtom and copilot and I have to say tomtom is definitely the best, its super smooth, I found copilot a little unreliable.
