TomTom MKII Bluetooth GPS jobby - How to reset?

I got one of those TomTom MKII Bluetooth GPS devices - the battery wont charge any more (guess I left it to run flat for too long?) Its less than a year old but worst of all it no longer picks up any satelites.

I can plug it into power - turn it on but it never picks anything up. Anyone seen or heard anything like this before? I cant see any little holes to shove a paper clip through to reset it either

Bah - not gonna work

The bluetooth device turns it self off after about 30seconds if it doesnt find a satellite signal.

Regards the battery not charging, this happens when you let Lith-Ions go totally flat and you can often kick start it by hooking it up to a charger with a slightly higher voltage rating. Only do it for a minute or so and then you may well find it charges normally again.

Just found the manual for the device (buried in the dpeths of the Navigator CD)

Hold the on/off button for 1 second to turn on or off
Hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to reset
