TomTom under £200 - Which one?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to invest in a TomTom. What's the difference between Satnav or a TomTom or are they the same thing?

I would like a unit that not only covers all the roads but I'd like something that can tell me when I'm approaching speed cameras, fixed and mobile.

TomTom is sat Nav...

ive got the TomTom one uk.. its about £180 in main retailers.. and you can add the speed camera data base at alittle extra cost
