Tones changing at random

Wife has problem with her S6.

Her ringtones and alert tones keep changing at random. Particularly her FB messenger tone. Its getting infuriating as she never knows what tone its going to be next.

Anybody else had this issue or know how to fix it. Don't have same issue with my S7

I am guessing if she has them on sdcard then move them to phones internal memory, i believe this is happening during connecting to pc or mounting / unmounting sdcard or when sdcard is not ready during phone booting up and preparing default or user settings, which probably phone cannot access her chosen ringtones so reverting to another ringtone. Just a thought...
