Looking for help on this one, specifically if people feel it's too cold. Other C&C appreciated, but i'm specifically looking for opinions on the blue-ness-ness :)

ahhh align it align it it's all squank!!! lol my neck hurts now :(

I like the effect tho.

The whole building is wonky - it looks very dodgy in a different way if I level it (the window goes all gay) and decided that, in the end, I preffered it at a tilt.

I like the original, but there's a few little bits that don't sit right for me.

- The dark patch in the top right bleeds into the black border.
- The grass in the bottom right drags my eye down to the corner, away from the focal point.
- Your title and sig seem to be blue too - is that intended? I think white would be better.

Have to say it's an interesting piece. Liking it.

The dark patch in the top left is vignetting. Had spotted it, but forgot to fix it - easy enough to sort out. Ta :)
Hadn't spotted the damn grass. The stuff always seems to sneak into my IR shots :| Thanks for pointing out.
Yeah, the blue title // sig was intended to be blue, I just used the colour picker from a patch of the shot. I found a hard white to be too distracting - but then i'm not very hot on borders. May try something like a cream or slight gray.

Cheers, your thoughts are appreciated! :D

loving the tripod eh hood!

whats the exif data? how long was the exposure?

Ooooohhh yes. I flippin' love this tripod. Cheers to everyone who steered me in the right direction - I really don't think I could have made a better decision :)

Both these shots were 30 second exposures, shooting fully manual (inc. focusing) EXIF data should be intact...

It's a testament to this tripod that I can easily shoot bulb exposures of 60 seconds + and get good sharp results. I really should get a remote release though :s

Something like this, sir? :D

edit : Yeah, 190 Pro & 460MG head.

055 is nice looking, but a bit heavy for me (I like to go walking etc..)

edit : how about a composition of "hot" and "cold" - that may work.

I'll give it a crack, although I'll fix the image first (vignetting, grass)
