I think this is a great idea! I mean, the guy has something rather nasty that must make him feel very self conscious and probably pretty low. So yeah, blocking him off from the flat and making him the butt of a very nasty joke is sheer brilliance!

One has to wonder whether you asked him to clean it up in a nice manner, or you told him to clean that disgusting **** up :/
