Too Human

You can respecify your skill for pennies. My skills were spread really thinly, just used to progress along both skill trees and it seemed to work really well. The last 2 bosses were far too easy though.

I'm not a huge fan of enemies levelling with you. Whats the point of levelling if they do the same? Whats the diablo method people have talked about, how did that game do it differently?

Just respecced my skill tree so I haven't wasted the couple of points I'd put into useless skills.

Agreed with the game auto-levelling. It's feels like a cheap way of the game keeping up with you. I've recently got and played D2 (plus expansion) on the PC and tbf I thought the enemies just remained at the same level - no matter what level you are.

I like the Phantasy Star Online where you gain access to harder difficulties as you level up but can choose any difficulties below your current one.

i quite like how they lvl but they only lvl on your current lvl so the better gear u got the easier it is :D

The final battle was a complete let down. Shame because I thoroughly enjoyed the game despite not having a clue what i'm doing.

The final fight did my head in, respawning enemies made it vey hard to target and she must have said "cyber space bends to my will baldur" about 500 times. Seriously who the **** play tests that and doesn't find it irritating.

Oh well now to play again :)

Just finished the Ice Forest today, glad to see it wasnt just me that was dying lots. Its a pretty fun game apart from when you get owned, or re-spawned in the middle of loads of enemies. I reckon when I sleep tonight that valkyrie thing will definitely be in my dreams as ive seen so much of that dying cutscene today :p

Right these are the 3 screens I have for runes charms. I still don't have a clue what to do with them. Any chance of an idiots guide Wyrdo, Abooie?

You insert RUNES into LEVEL 1 CHARMS, Then, you insert the LEVEL 1 CHARMS (Completed with Runes and the Objective) into LEVEL 2 CHARMS, and so on.

:D

Made the mistake of walking past game earlier and saw this was now £20. Also made the mistake twice more and ended up walking out with Too Human on the 360, VT3 and Dark Sector on the PS3. Yes I'm weak. I'll report back.

Geez you really do love the RPG's :) Thanks for the tips just put another quick hour in. When you replay do you have to do all the wells again. How do you know your weapon or armour is damaged and by how much? I had a tip screen come up about it but when I check my inventory it doesn't tell me about any damage to the equipment.

When your hit a you get the kind of damage that keeps re-occuring, you know you have a green or red glow and your health slowly decreases is there a way to stop that?

Stay tuned for more questions tommorow ;)

Runes and charms tommorow, clueless about them TBH.

I am just running through the once mate, it's on rental. I like it so much I think I will just pick up a cheap copy anyway and chip away over time. I will defo play some through with you then.

I think that supermarket offer has run out. When I can pick it up for around £20 I will get it.

Hello mate , a shop near us is actually selling this for 19.99. I picked it up the other day. If you want to know where send me a text and I'll let you know :)

You suck at searching as usual, it's available for £17.99 :p

Anyway as your only 2 minutes from me I will save the £17.99 and just borrow your copy when you get bored after 5 minutes ;)

I'm off all week tuesday to friday stick the kettle on i'm popping round to rob your collection ;)

I completed this last night and after the final boss battle I don't think i'll be completing it again. Shame about this game, some parts of it are awesome. But some enemies (the shooting ones) are far too overpowered.

Could have been a great game but instead its just a frustrating one.

Crazy that this game has been out barely a month and already it can be had for £20 on the high street no less.

This summer has been really poor for games sales, made worse by the fact that most of the titles that have come out have been no better than above average. So retailers have had to heavily discount even new games. For example Alone in the Dark, the Bourne game, Soul Calibur 4 could all be bought for £25 new 2 or 3 weeks after release.

There hasn't been a really big triple A release since R6 Vegas 2 and GTA4 came out in April/May.

Im off all week as well, got more decorating to do so feel free to pop round anytime. Just let me know your coming incase we are out. I don't think I've bothered finishing any games since the darkness :(

Too much hype for this game i think, its not amazing imo

Thats what I thought, I bought it full price when it came out, played through the 1st level and thought it was crap. However, I gave it another go last night and spent four hours on it. Got through the second level and now have a level 18 cybernetic Bio Engineer. The game seems to click once you figure out how to juggle enemies and chain together hits for combos.

Yes, the plot makes absolutely no sense, and the Valkyrie death sequence makes you want to chuck the controller through the screen once you seen it for the 50th time. However, there is something incredibly satisfying about slicing through hundreds of baddies, and getting bigger and badder loot drops.

P.S. Does anyone know how to deal with the missile launching enemies like the spiders as a Bio Engineer? I've found the best way is to keep at range and use a rifle with a grenade launcher, but I still die a lot.
