Q: What program or how would i be able to find the current spec's of my RAM in the PC in using right now?
I'm going to sell my current system but the only thing im struggling on is the RAM specs to list.

The memory tab in CPU Z should give you most of the information you need.

Take the side off the case, remove a RAM stick and see if it has any stickers on it?

Ive got two GPU's in the way to see the ram but that will be last resort
