Too many eggs?

Knew that but it's a lot of effort to make a decent egg dish before my work out, I like to get out of bed, down some eggs and then get straight to it.

I might try the 30 seconds bit.
 
You can run the eggs under very hot water for about 30s which alleviates that problem - but that's a great point tom.

I haven't been applying any of my diet or training knowledge to my own life recently :o so someone might as well get some use out of it :D
 
It has to be very hot water. And I may be wrong about 30s it may need a couple of minutes, but it's been a while since I looked into the avidin-biotin bond! :p
