Too thin at 15 stone, wtf?!?!?!

Losing weight and hit 210 pounds, its now the second time a girlfriend has told me i am to thin. At 220 I am just about right apparently.

Now at 210 I still have a bit of a belly and i am a 35in waste, am i dating chubby chasers or could i really be too thin?

(i am 6ft 4in btw, but still imho ideal weight is 170-180lbs)
 
according to the BMI (body mass index, which wouldnt be applicable if you were built like a brick outhouse in terms of muscle) your ideal weight is 11.5 - 13 stone.
 
11.5 stone, i aint built like Peter Crouch you know!

12.5 - 13.5 always seemed about right. (i know thats not 170-180, still getting used to using pounds)
 
I am naturally thin, if I put on weight I seem to be still thin everywhere else apart from my belly, it is just genetics, you might not be underweight but that doesn't mean you don't look thin.

You need muscle, eat red meat and pump some iron.
 
At 6'4" that's a decent weight IMO. I'm around 220lbs and just touching 6'1" but that's a fair bit of muscle mass (gym/rugby addict!! :D). Most of the women I have been out with prefer their men a bit "chunkier" not fat, just solidly built, perhaps she is the same and has got used to you having a bit of a larger frame. Nothing stopping you going to the gym and putting on a bit of muscle to get you back up to your fighting weight. :)

I want to restart rugby this year so need to build some muscle up, i was touching nearly 300lbs when doing American Football last year so i hope I have some muscle memory.
 
If you can bench 180lbs -220lbs ish then I think your fine, if you cant and your all just fat and no muscle, well then I would work on that :p
 
I'm 6'5 and 15 stone (just over atm) and I look neither skinny or huge. It's just about the right weight for this kinda height I think, although I have the legs of a 12 year old girl sadly.
 
im 6'3 and weigh 13.4 stone...if i put any more weight on it just goes straight to me belleh!!!
 
Personally I would say to your girlfriends "I am not skinny, I just look it compared to you!"
