Took my car for its first service...some questions

About a year ago I took my car ('02 yaris) for a service and I had been getting this 'wobble' at 65-70, It was serviced at an official Toyota garage and they checked the tyres, finding that they were fine they suggested that it was something to do with the disks (uneven rusting?), they replaced them and the brake pads and the car has been fine since.
Hi guys one of my wheels is squealing (like a screaming kettle) quite loudly now, its only audible when the car travels in a straight line. Under braking and when turning it disappears.
am sure this is to do with the pads or discs. I need new pads and discs tomorrow as im driving to silverstone on sunday.
Where is the best place to get them from in leicester. Would it have to be one of the more reknown places like ats or kwik fit as it would be such short notice? the garage i took my car to get serviced at @an get stuffed anyway for putting water in my engine.

Taken the car to a garage under the goodgaragescheme website. Up on jacks and the discs and pads have been looked at. Only the rear drivers pad is badly worn down and the there is 'oads of pad left in the others. So waiting to have the rear pads delivered.
