In light of Lewis Hanilton's Grand Prix win this weekend. I am extending the offers here for a further week.

And where did car throttle get a G27 for £147?

Also if these are the deal prices I dread to think what the standard prices are that is charged. The G27 shouldn't be more than £200 for a start. PC World upped it slightly to £208 which is a joke. So id expect a deal to be around £160. The wheel is ancient and doesn't have native support for PS4 either?

Why should the G27 be no more than £200?

I shopped around for ages when I got mine just before christmas and paid just over £200 which was a bargain. Not to mention through my work I have access to a number of price comparison tools and could see first hand it wasn't available cheaper through any major outlets.

Edit: My only issue is I have no time to use the thing! :(

Edit2: Also see the above justification regarding supplier support. FWIW OCUK are not the only people to go through such steps with suppliers over similar issues.

whilst you may be correct, the price we are offering is the best we can do on a line that we have zero buying power on and do not plan to relist.

Whilst it is a great product, our issues with Logitech mean we will not be listing it once our current stock is gone.

if you see a G27 for <200 then wade in. that is a storming price point.

car throttle saying £147 is pure fantasy. our internal software price checker and all my internet searches put us

having said all this. in an effort to clear our stock. £207.95 makes us the best price that I can find in the UK currently.

Shame the G27 on this site is well overpriced The article lists it at £147, you guys selling it at £220 quid. I have one there not worth a penny over £150 if anyone is spending £220 quid go with the TX.

I got my g27 for £200 a couple of months ago from a very well known retailer in the WORLD of PCs as it was in the sale. The rrp was £279 then

It doesn't matter what the RRP price is. I'm saying as a user the wheel isn't worth a penny over £150 quid. Not when the New TX can be had for a few quid over £200. Its a dated product know that really does need improving.
When the wheel launched if I remember right it was around £160 that's the price point it should be at. G25's sold for around £150 and that's all the G27 is an updated g25 without a sequential box and a £2.50 LCD digital display on it.

I'm not knocking OCUK and there price. The truth is the G27 is overpriced everywhere. You may be happy to pay £270 for the wheel I'd say that's nuts you could get a TX and a upgraded rim for that price.
I was just trying to say anyone thinking of spending £210 on the G27 go with the TX instead its a much better wheel.

I have owned numerous G2* wheels I know what I'm talking about. There a great product but only if the price is right and IMO the price of £210 is not right. Theres much better wheels for that price point the TX being one of them.

On the G27, I nearly bought one from here a few years ago when Ace had them on offer for around £170. Considering what's gone on at Logitech over the past few years rjk did well to get them down to £200. Still a good wheel but hard to recommend with newer tech priced so close.

I have the TX myself. Fab wheel, absolutely faultless so far but the pedals that come with it are a bit meh. No clutch and barely any brake progression, pretty much the same pedals that you got with the old F430 wheel. Thrustmaster have just released the T3PA pedals as a standalone set, which at the moment is only available from their site. Not sure if OcUK will stock these as I might get them further down the line?
