Jan Creamer, chief executive of Animal Defenders International, said: "In this case, it is not a matter of whether the animals suffered for the programme, but the fact that 'Top Gear' is making light of an activity that is so demeaning to animals.

Where do they find these people. :D

They call it a "family programme" when has it ever really been family programme?

TBH i think the beeb out to do itself a favour and move TG to a post 9pm slot, would give the programmes detractors far less of a leg to stand on.

TBH out of all the viewers 0.0013% complain I don't really think theres anything to worry about

however why do people who have no interest in cars or the program bother to watch? I swear some people watch just to find something to complain about

Actually, I think what showed America up more was the very end of the show when they got to New Orleans. Like Clarkson said, how can the rest of America go to bed at night when New Orleans is in such a state.

My sentiments too, after laughing into tears the last part was an eye opener.

Just a quick point....

Try walking into a pub frequented by Spurs supporters when wearing an Arsenal shirt. Friend of mine did that, nearly didn't make it out alive. Stupidity isn't unique to the Deep South.

I think you will find Spurs turf is deep south, well in comparison to where im from:)

Plus, Hot Fuzz actor Simon Pegg is the Star In A Reasonably Priced Car.
