Toshiba 3TB Failed RMA Options?

Already had a 3TB Toshiba from last year and it's performing fine so got another this June and yesterday it failed S.M.A.R.T. and today it's just dead. It's sticker says June 2018 Made in China so it's not an old drive by any means.

Anyone know of a UK Toshiba rep that could sort out some form of replacement? All I could find was a site in Germany. Nothing local.

Weird thing is that I just ran a warranty check on this site: https://myapps.taec.toshiba.com/myapps/admin/jsp/webrma/addRequest1NoLogin.jsp and it states the warranty ran out on June 2018? That's the manufacture date according to the sticker on it?

I'll try via the retailer as well. Feels like I got some kind of fake/failed batch...
