Not sure if this is the correct place but anyway...

Scratch the idea I had of getting a monitor. I'm looking for a nice TV I can buy to play a PS3 on well.

Seen this TV "Toshiba REGZA 32CV505DG" for "£350" and "£362"(£12 delivery) including delivery. Was just wondering what your thoughts was on this TV and if it is any good? Cheers.

Not got bags of money so can't go much over £350.

I have an earlier model, the 32av505db and I am very pleased with it. I know its not a direct comparison but something similar.

I use it for Xbox 360, upscaled DVDs and Sky SD.

The only thing what worries me if the fact there is pretty much close to no reviews on this TV like most cheap TV's.

Also is 141 Watt a lot?

I wouldn't go for this if you will be using it as a monitor, would try and find a 1080p set with a resolution of 1920xwhatever.

The tv is probably alrightish, but have a look for the sony 32 v4000, which in the first google match can be had for £376. Would be a much bettter investment than the toshiba, and I'm sure you could find it cheaper. Have a scour over at avforums.

141 watts is not a lot, don't worry about it :D

Everyone seems to recommend that Sony so I'd say it's definitely worth a look. That set the Toshiba Regza 32av (which I suspect isn't all that different from the CV) can be had for £320 and shouldn't be over looked.

It won't be for a monitor. It will just be playing a PS3 and watching some DVD's.

(not BlueRay DVD's as I can't afford them)

I have just seen the TV in Comet for £330. Can someone confirm if this is the same TV?
