Total Wipeout

The UK version of this is terrible.. I like Richard Hammond on Top Gear, but on this his presenting is just really awkward. All of the obstacles are 'watered down' (excuse the pun) as well.

The american version is a lot better! The show is a lot funnier, partly down to the hosts, and the obstacles are a lot better.

The US version is also only ~40 minutes long, whereas our version is an hour - so they really draaaag some of the stuff out to the point where it becomes tedious.
 
things like this are only good when they involve the Japs, some of their game shows are so odd and funny.

The tetris show, Takeshi's castle ?

This is alright.
 
I'm a bit addicted to this, watch the US and UK versions. US has a slightly more varied course and better contestants (read: more wacky) but UK has Mr Hammond :D Much more enjoyable than the Japanese ones imo.
 
Yeah the American Wipeout zone is a lot harder than the UK one. Sometimes it takes people 20+ minutes to get around the course.

Glad the BBC are making this instead of Bring on the Wall!
