I have so many games unfinished

mass effect
dragon age
witcher
BFBC2
Red dead redemption
MW2
deadspace
fallout 3

etc etc

I just can't seem to get into anything for more than 20 mins

Gutted I used to be mad for my gaming time just can't get motivated to play anything, how can I rekindle my interest? Last game I really enjoyed was probably BF2!

just cause 2 did it for me, was getting bored of mw2 then moved onto bfbc2, now just cause 2 as there is literally so much to do and it never seems to get old!

I'd say play the shortest ones first with 1-2 a time then move onto the long length games playing them until you complete. You should play Dead Space 1st out of that list, it's one game that got me back into gaming a lot as i felt the same way but it's a gem of a game.

Best thing to do is not force the issue. If you aren't up for gaming just now, read some books!

Just get back into it when you feel like it.

play a mmog like eq2 join a good raiding guild that raid regular say 3 nights a week , 26 people in a voice comms channel on an end boss that takes 30+ minutes to kill and 1 false curse cure and you wipe and have to start again.

makes you work hard but the rewards are high, theres nothing like it imo to keep you hooked once the single play element starts to grind you down.

Guildwars was as much of a mmo I want to do.

yes I have too many games i think its part of the problem

PS3, Wii and PC too much choice.

Wise advise so far. As has been said just concentrate on one at a time, It's difficult to get imersed playing so many games at once and you just end up not really enjoying any of them.

And don't force yourself to game, go do somthing else - watch the football, read a good book, buy some new albums.

games have got boring, or just bad for PC (thanks a lot xbox360/PS3) anyways moving away from that.

when the mood takes you install one, patch up....enjoy....if you ever get board I m sure there is a few decent mods for that game unless its just very well done...althrough even they have em to

*cough* fallout3

I personally got very addicted to mass effect its just my sort of game..fallout 3 is great, its very interesting but also frustrating (when it crashes every 2 minutes)

If you still find it hard, think of the stuff you are interested in, for example I m interested in science so fallout/ME interests me

Reading books is good advice, reading lots of fantasy has got me right up for playing Oblivion now :)

im really sorrry m8 but u reallllyyyyy need to get the witcher!!!!!

its a bit slow in the begining but afer chapter 2 ull be loving it!

the good thing about this game are the choices. theres no white and black or good and evil choices to be made. its really mature and amazing gameplay

u have to give it a go! at least this way ure up to date when witcher 2 comes out in q1 2011

I don't know what esle you have in life but maybe focus on family, work, hobbies, books, walking. gym, cars etc etc etc

Then in a few months/.years pick up a game again, it's what I do!

I'm in the same boat and I think it's to do with me generally losing interest as I get more things to do outside of games. I still play quite a bit but nothing compared to the old days of non stop marathons. Best thing is not to force it, if you don't feel like playing just go do something else.

Last game I got into was borderlands. Played it to death and never went online once with it. Got the 3 expansions and played those. Hoping for a 4th expansion.

No hotlinking!
