Totally Random Hypothetical...

A totally random question popped into my head this morning on the way to work - And I wondered if anyone here had experienced something like it, or knew what would happen in this scenario.

There are so many people these days that I see going around roundabouts without using their turn signal - This is a hypothetical question and hasn't happened to me or anyone else I know - but was just curious...

Imagine you are on a three-way roundabout, with a car coming from the other side that wasn't using their signal and they were going right around the roundabout. You pull out and crash into them because you assumed they were going straight over as they didn't use their signal...

Assuming you had a dash cam and could prove that they weren't using their turn signal as they should, would you be able to prove that the other car was at fault?

I understand there's a lot of variables in this - But I just wondered if I end up crashing into someone that isn't using their indicator, in any scenario, not just a roundabout, would I be liable to pickup the damage costs?

So, who did you smash into?

Haha I swear this was a hypothetical - And I always wait and make sure they aren't going somewhere they aren't indicating too

But I see so many people driving and not using their indicators - I was even in my mates car yesterday and he was a serial offender

A flashing indicator just proves it works, that's some advice my riding instructor gave me and it's kept me in one piece so far.

I like that
