Touch up paint/pens

Are teh 3 pen kits (primer/paint/clear) that halfords do worth the money?
£15 and its only like 12ml of paint.

Got a few scrathes on the car I wanna get sorted

The paints4u (www.paints4u.co.uk) kits have always been good for me. I have had problems with halfords stuff not being an accurate match in the past.
