What a load of crap. As said, I think you'd certainly know if someone grabbed your junk, you certainly wouldn't be pondering about it. Why do you need a forums help to help you decide whether or not you need to file a complaint etc. If he grabbed your nuts and arms in a manner that was unacceptable then surely you know what you need to do. If he didn't, why're you asking.
