a) buy a i5 3570k and the z77 sabretooth

or

b) buy a second 7950/70 to go with 7970 i already have.

basically be used for internet/movies/gaming not much else

Depends what resolution you have, if you are at 1080p, then I doubt that you really need the extra performance from either option.

so dont bother with the intel route?? does anyone recommend a good ref design 7950 and thats compatible with the ek csq waterblock??
